Fijne mondhygieniste waar je altijd gied wort geholpen. Ze stellen je altijd goed tot rust en leggen duidelijk uit wat ze gaan doen. De rekening dient direct betaald te worden, maar daardoor is het wel overzichtelijk. Ze houden altijd rekening met persoonlijke zaken. Gewoon goede tandartsen welke hun vak goed verstaan.
Fine dental hygienist where you are always helped. They always put you to rest and clearly explain what they are going to do. The bill must be paid immediately, but that makes it clear. They always take personal matters into account. Just good dentists who understand their profession well.

I've been a customer here for about 10 years now. up to now very satisfied with the handling and transparency regarding invoices. The dentist is competent and takes the time to check everything properly. I went there because of a hole feeling in a tooth at the level of my gums, they cured the top part where was a carie and left the hole intact (despite having taken radios on which it was very visible). A few months later the tooth exploded and I had to go to surgery to extract the tooth because it wasn't cured properly the first time. I would recommend you to avoid the clinic and prefer to go to Belgium or Germany for dental care.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED from my customer service experience with these people. Here's what happened. 2 days ago I broke a tooth and had called them for an appt to repair it. They were able to get me in the next day, great. Yesterday I went in and they took a "large xray" and gave me a new "large filling". Still great. Not great was no talk of price or invoice cost, all they said was please come back tomorrow for a "full diagnostic" or check up to see what else was going on. I know I have other dental problems that need to be addressed, but I'm putting a new business together right now and I have no money to fix them at this point. I agreed because a diagnostic shouldn't cost that much, right? RIGHT?? WRONG! While inside my mouth it's obvious what the issues are. Without asking or discussing price, the dentist thought it was a "good idea" to take 2 additional xrays. At the end of it, he said he wanted to pull 2 wisdom teeth and replace 4 old fillings. Still no discussion of price or any potential insurance coverage. When I was leaving, I approached the reception area and was given a quote for 900 eur for work to be performed; whatever, work needs to be done. The problem however is right after, I was handed a current invoice for nearly 250 eur for "services rendered", aka 1 filling replacement, 1 large x-ray, a diagnostic and 2 essentially worthless smaller xrays. I paid and left. then I called back to provide my feedback and seek remedy so I wouldn't have to go this route, but they seemed uninterested in resolving this matter otherwise. The moral of the story is this: They fixed my tooth and did a great job; then they rapidly ruined all their goodwill by needlessly up charging me in (my opinion) an attempt to drum up additional business, all while knowing I did not have dental insurance and would have to incur all these costs out of pocket and couldn't pay right now. Some transparency and honesty in the process would have not only be the ethical thing to do but also the right thing to do. Message to foreigners who do not speak dutch: Beware! Skip these guys and find yourself a honest dentist. I know I will. Pics or it didn't happen: attached it the invoice I paid for today. Notice the emergency proceedure should of cost 88.41 eur, instead they fleeced me for roughly 3x that amount or 239.47 Shame on you guys!

Going to the dentist is probably on no one’s bucket list. I didn’t go to the dentist for quite some time and had excellent help at this clinic (I needed a few fillings). The staff was friendly and the dentist was very professional. They tell you in advance how much a treatment would cost approximately, so in that case I think they learned from below comments.
