β β β β β Service in the actual shop was very professional. However the actual delivery of the bike was a mess. Ordered home delivery, which was delayed by several days, and the person delivering it didn't have the tools to prepare the bike for use. Really disappointing.

β β β β β This is a very nice store that gives its customers a lot of attention. I got to try all the bikes I wanted without any hesitation. The bikes available sooner that they said, and when I got it from the store, they were kind enough to install my children seat WITHOUT EXTRA charge! Can definitely recommend this store.

β β β β β No communication whatsoever. Ordered a bike 4 months ago, 4 times I had to contact them (impossible by phone because you will be on hold for ages) to find out that again it was delayed. Ordered somewhere else, got it within a week. So definitely 1 star...

β β β β β Terrible online customer service. I had to cancel my order after seeing they are not capable of keeping track of the order and informing their customers. I called 3 times for the delivery dates. I got different information everytime. I wouldn't imagine what would happen if i have a problem with a bike after my purchase.

Even though prices are good, the service provided is extremely poor and the whole experience feels more like getting a bike from Marktplaatz. Staff is foul-mouthed, rude and unprofessional while technicians dont have adequate knowledge. I suggest keeping away from this shop. Buy from a more reputed and a bit "less budget friendly" store instead

β β β β β Very poor service. I ordered a bike. First time (February 2020) I was not contacted at all afterwards. In February 2020 when I first ordered the bike, my partner had her bike βrepairedβ/βfull checkedβ. It is not only it was overpriced but it was also done badly since the tube that was exchanged was placed wrongly making a hole.
Months later I tried to buy again a bike, through the company website that offers some discounts. At that time I did not realize it was ordered to the same shop I was in February 2020. so well, I ordered and paid for the bike (July 2020) The delivery was postponed three times in 2020 (by one week, then till October and then till January 2021) When the delivery was postponed till January 2021, I asked for my money back and I told them that once the bike is available I will make the payment again. Now January 2021 I get an email saying I have not paid for the bike yet. I call, make the transfer within 10β and I am told that the bike will be delivered in two days. On the delivery date (January 22 2021) βwe are sorry, delivery is postponed by a weekβ
I have asked again to get my money back.
