β β β β β I got a medusa piercing here about 1.5 months ago. The service was nice and friendly. After the lady said I could come back in 2 weeks to change piercing, I came back and found out this was absolutely not the case with medusa piercings. Someone else at the shop said it takes at least 3 months. I don't find it professional that there was such a miscommunication on healing information and the workers said different things. Most unfortunately I find out now that the piercing was not set straight, now I am having problems with the healing and it does not look straight in the face. The piercing should have been placed half a centimeter (!!!) back according to a piercer I visited in my home city when I asked to change the piercing to a smaller jewelry. I now have a lot of regrets because chances are the medusa will never look straight on my face. Big big regret on this place. Would NOT recommend.

β β β β β The staff is nice and all, but when it came to my nose piercing they couldn't really help me and their advice would probably end with me having an infection. Had to get it changed back to a nose stud at a new place where they actually gave me a proper spray to clean it and not soap that I can buy at albert heijn.
