★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Sylvester menu at Le bon vivant, what a pleasure. Matching wines with a 7-course menu with a lot of culinary surprises; and awesome service from the young staff! I would recommend a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food that changes with the creative direction of the chef. Cocktails and wine are on point and I recommend as a solid date night meal. Atmosphere is perfect and cozy. Cost check is a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was a great experience. The staff were really friendly and nice. The restaurant has a great vibe, the dish with tuna and crème brûlée with the duck liver were quite delicious. However I believe some of the the dishes were inconsistent or rather not special . I believe the chef needs to work on create more complex taste, otherwise some dishes will be just pretentious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and service, bit pricey though. Went there for Maastricht aan tafel and had a 4 course menu. The food and recommended wine was excellent. Furthermore, I would highly recommend taking a coffee/tea at the end, the little bite makes it into the perfect ending of a dinner ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic seven-course dinner and each course had something special and unique. Everything was cooked to perfection. The highlight for me was the langoustine with a Tom Kah sauce. Kind service and good wine arrangement. I also appreciate that it was all cooked with low fat, so we weren't totally full even after seven courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had another magical evening in Le Bon Vivant on friday enjoying the new 7 course gastronomic menu from Chef Bjorn a chef who I believe is true creative star quality ! We will be back next time we’re visiting Maastricht as Le Bon Vivant is now our favorite place in town !
