★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk speelgoed en snel verstuurd! In verband met Black Friday, Sinterklaas en COVID heeft PostNL het erg druk en heeft het dus even geduurd voordat wij het pakket ontvangen hebben. Als ontvanger kan je geen contact opnemen met PostNL dus heb ik contact opgenomen met COBLO.
COBLO reageert heel snel, duidelijk en vriendelijk! Dus voor het speelgoed, de service en reactie op mijn vraag een dikke 5 sterren! Uiteindelijk kan niemand (behalve de klant) er wat aan doen dat de bezorgdienst zo druk is!
 Nice toy and shipped quickly! Due to Black Friday, Sinterklaas and COVID, PostNL is very busy and it took a while before we received the package. As a recipient you cannot contact PostNL, so I contacted COBLO.
COBLO responds very quickly, clearly and friendly! So for the toys, the service and response to my question a big 5 stars! In the end, no one (except the customer) can help that the delivery service is so busy!
