De communicatie hierover ging vlot en vriendelijk. Ze ging meteen actief helpen. (het pakketje werd uiteindelijk teruggevonden in de tuin 3 huizen verder in de regen. Foei postnl!) Order went smoothly, product is completely as expected. The package was lost due to poor delivery by postnl. We have reported this to Coco Maison. The communication about this was smooth and friendly. She immediately started actively helping. (The package was finally found in the garden 3 houses further in the rain. Shame postnl!)

Ze namen de telefoon niet op tijdens hun openingstijden dus maar een appje gestuurd met foto's en al. Na 3 dagen antwoord, ik mocht het zelf maar gaan oplossen door er gaten in de boren en het opnieuw te bevestigen. Nou prima, dus ik vraag of er dan nog wel garantie is als ik deze boor, aangezien het niet door mijn schuld komt. Nee dat krijg je niet en we raden ook niet aan om te boren! Verward maar gevraagd wat ooit dan wel de bedoeling is, en dat ik niet zo blij ben met hoe dit behandeld word. Te horen gekregen dat het schilderij gewoon perfect te monteren is en dat er geen probleem is. Dus nu maar zitten met een schilderij die verkeerd om is, en een bedrijf die weigert te helpen en zichzelf tegenspreekt. Je kan beter ergens anders wat kopen, scheeld een hoop gedoe. Gelukkig kan ik het wel retourneren, maar aangezien ik het heb gekocht via een henders&hazel deal betekend dat dat ik een tegoedbon krijg. Echt zoon zin om hier nog iets te moeten kopen... Painting delivered with the mounting hooks on the wrong side. They did not answer the phone during their opening hours, so they sent an app with pictures and all. After 3 days answer, I could solve it myself by drilling holes in the holes and confirming it again. Well fine, so I ask if there is still a guarantee when I drill this, since it is not my fault. No you will not get that and we do not recommend drilling! Confused but asked what is ever the intention, and that I am not so happy with how this is treated. Was told that the painting can be mounted perfectly and that there is no problem. So now we just have to deal with a painting that is wrong, and a company that refuses to help and contradicts itself. You better buy something elsewhere, saves a lot of hassle. Luckily I can return it, but since I bought it through a henders & hazel deal, that means I get a voucher. Really want to buy something here ...
