★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought my living room furniture from this store. It took 10 weeks to deliver and at the end they delivered a broken vitrine plus two pieces of side board missing. I have called the customer service for 3 weeks, no answer, I also went down to the store three times and still I stuck with useless vitrine!
Awful customer servuce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give a negative rating. Very poor customer service. I had placed an order for some chairs. But the delivery takes ages. When i decided to cancel the order even before the delivery, the behavior of the manager turned very rude. The store did not return the amount paid.
Your interior products are indeed classy. But you cannot thrive in the market with such bad customer ratings. Good luck!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sofa there and I am very disappointed mainly because of 2 reasons:
1. When ordering the sofa, the shop assistant proposed me to buy an armchair with a storage in it. I bought it but when I received the sofa I realized that there is no storage in it (see picture 1). Thus I just paid extra for something I didn't want
2. The sofa was delivered with a small defect in the fabric. A technician was sent to repair it. The guy was very kind and he did whatever was possible, but still the defect is visible (see picture 2).
I have to buy other furniture but I will never enter that shop again.
