“Een eigen restaurant, daar droomde ik als kind al van. Dit wilde ik alleen met een super aardige top chef als compagnon. Zo gebeurde het dat ik de randstad verruilde voor Goes.
Gasten verwennen is het mooiste wat er is. Je moet ze kunnen lezen om ze echt een feestje te laten beleven. Wijn en wijn-spijs is daar belangrijk in, maar zeker niet het enige. Als gasten een avond uit zijn, zich vrij en ontspannen voelen, dan is onze missie geslaagd.
Authentiek, elegant, fris en vrolijk, zo is ons team en zo zijn de wijnen waar ik mee werk”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een van de beste restaurants in Goes. Mooie gerechten en heerlijke wijnen. Wij hadden het meest uitgebreide menu. In combinatie met vooraf ook nog vele amuses was het voor mij zelf wel te veel, waardoor ik te vol zag voor de laatste gangen. Wij zaten hier van zes tot twaalf uur, een hele zit. Volgende keer dus iets minder gangen voor mi ;-)
 One of the best restaurants in Goes. Beautiful dishes and delicious wines. We had the most extensive menu. In combination with many amuses beforehand, it was too much for me, so I was too full for the last courses. We sat here from six to twelve o'clock, a whole sitting. So next time a little less corridors for me ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! It's amazing how one restaurant can change your whole perception on food. The crew is extremely friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure your night out is a night to remember. The food is incredible and very refreshing. A lot of fish cooked in the most beautiful way combined with very special wines, make this a restaurant that knows exactly what they're doing. We will definitely come back here!
