★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het eten was zoals altijd heerlijk. De nieuwe kaart bood ons nieuwe culinaire ervaringen en heerlijke smaken. De Gyoza was superzacht en vol van smaak met een heerlijke saus van bosui, rode sjalotjes en zoutzoete sojasaus. Je zou de saus zo oplepelen..
De ossenhaas (medium rare) was mals en heerlijk op smaak gebracht aangevuld met een heerlijke portsaus, wortel- en raapstelen mousse. Als basis ragfijne seizoensgroenten en heerlijke frietjes.
En dan waar je volgens Bob en Petra voor komt, het toetje. 'Gewoon lekker' is meer dan dat, het is heerlijk. Met dit keer roodfruit met warme chocolademousse. Ik heb heerlijke pruimentaart op en onze dochter de altijd lekkere crème brulee. Wij beiden kregen ook een flinke dot mousse erbij ?
De sfeer is heerlijk en de locatie sfeervol de gastheer en gastdame (Bob en Petra) maar ook hun dochter, koks en personeel maken er een hele ervaring van. Drie en half uur later staan we buiten, genoten en we kijken weer uit naar de volgende keer. De prijzen zijn wel hoger dan eerder maar we hebben het er graag voor over....
 The food was delicious as always. The new menu offered us new culinary experiences and delicious flavours. The Gyoza was super soft and full of flavor with a delicious sauce of spring onions, red shallots and salty sweet soy sauce. You could spoon the sauce in no time..
The tenderloin (medium rare) was tender and deliciously flavored, supplemented with a delicious port sauce, carrot and turnip greens mousse. As a basis, gossamer seasonal vegetables and delicious fries.
And then what you come for, according to Bob and Petra, the dessert. 'Just tasty' is more than that, it's delicious. This time with red fruit with warm chocolate mousse. I have had delicious plum pie and our daughter the always delicious crème brulee. We both also got a big dot of mousse
The atmosphere is wonderful and the location attractive. The host and guest lady (Bob and Petra) but also their daughter, cooks and staff make it a whole experience. Three and a half hours later we are outside, enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to the next time. The prices are higher than before, but we are happy to talk about it....
