★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cogas vanmiddag (16:19 uur) slingerend tegengekomen op de Enserweg. Was dat telefoongesprek ècht belangrijker dan de verkeersveiligheid?
Cogas meandering on Enserweg this afternoon (4:19 PM). Was that phone call really more important than road safety?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht georganiseerd bedrijf!!! Er word van alles beloofd maar er gebeurd helemaal niets als het om glasvezel gaat.
Very poorly organized company !!! Everything is promised, but nothing happens when it comes to fiber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat dit bedrijf bepalend is uit welke tv-aanbieders jij mag kiezen. Waardoor je veel extra kosten en ergernissen met zit mee brengt!
It is a pity that this company determines which TV providers you can choose from. Which brings you a lot of extra costs and annoyances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht bedrijf met het digitale netwerk. Ik kan alleen Caiway/Delta via glasfezel. Andere Providers worden zwaar geknepen via de adsl tot max 50Mbps. of helemaal niet beschikbaar.
Very bad company with the digital network. I can only Caiway/Delta via glasfezel. Other providers are heavily squeezed via the ADSL to max 50Mbps. or not available at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zou graag zeggen dat ik tevreden ben over dit bedrijf. Aan de telefoon zijn ze zeer behulpzaam. Mails worden niet beantwoord. Maar het grootste probleem is dat je geen andere keus hebt en maar af moet wachten of er iemand een keer glasvezel wil aansluiten bij jou. 14 wkn geleden is hier het nutsbedrijf geweest om een en ander aan te leggen. Vanaf toen is het wachten op het daadwerkelijk aanleggen van de glasvezel kabel. En het duurt nog minstens een maand voor we internet hebben. Als we een ander bedrijf hadden kunnen inschakelen was dat al wel gebeurd. En dat terwijl we eigenlijk gehoopt hadden dat überhaupt het nutsbedrijf ipv week 42 in week 24 zou komen?
I would like to say that I am satisfied with this company. They are very helpful on the phone. Emails are not answered. But the biggest problem is that you have no other choice and just have to wait and see if someone wants to connect fiber optic to you. 14 weeks ago the utility company came here to build some things. From then on, we have to wait for the actual installation of the fiber optic cable. And it will take at least another month before we have internet. If we could have called in another company, we would have done it already. And that while we had actually hoped that the utility company would come in week 24 instead of week 42
