Na 2x hetzelfde gehoord te hebben, zoek ik wel iemand anders. Fraudsters first class. Hear it from others too. One bottle received 3 kg of gas and the other 2.5 kg. Instead of paying by weight, the answer is: Do only € 20. Depositors. After having heard the same thing twice, I am looking for someone else.

Op de vraag of we de gasfles dan daar weer in kunnen leveren kregen we als antwoord dat dat alleen kon met een bon. Hoe klantvriendelijk ben je dan? C	Connie de Groot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 19 december 2018 bij Schepers gas geweest om mijn gasfles van ledig gewicht 6,7 kilo te laten vullen. De fles heb ik vooraf gewogen en was exact 6,7 kilo maar na vulling (met volgens Schepers gas 5 kilo gas) zat er maar 4,9 kilo gas in. De kosten bedragen 15 euro en op mijn opmerking dat dit toch wel duur is (Herca Enschede 12,95 en bij Obelink 9,95) zei de man dan ga je toch daar heen. De kachel is nog geen twee minuten aan geweest toen duidelijk werd dat dit niet het product was waar we om gevraagd hadden. We hebben de kachel in exact dezelfde staat terug gebracht als waarin wij deze gekocht hadden. Helaas vond de verkoper het nodig om te onderhandelen over het bedrag wat we retour zouden krijgen. Zo wilde hij een deel van het bedrag houden voor de service... en hij wilde de kachel te koop aanbieden in zijn winkel en als deze verkocht was konden we het geld terug krijgen. Hele vreemde service en totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Uiteindelijk met een lager bedrag dan het aankoop bedrag naar huis gegaan. Very bad service. Asked advice for an outdoor gas stove.
