Ze dachten met ons mee en kwamen met een zeer klantvriendelijke oplossing. Very friendly customer service and good service. Daar kun je altijd slagen voor welke smaak dan ook. Van hanglampen industrieel tot warme sfeer tot kroonluchters. Tafel lampen en decoratie stukken. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Die je alle tijd geven om even te kijken en als je zover bent direct willen helpen. Kortom top bedrijf ga er voor de volgende keer zeker weer heen. Als ik wil bellen is het nummer niet in gebruik. Zeer slecht en eigenlijk de 1 ster ook niet verdiend, maar kon geen 0 sterren kiezen. Ordered via bol. Received only 1 lamp from the 2 lamps. Do not respond to my messages via bol and not to those of bol itself. If I want to call, the number is not in use. Very bad and actually not deserved the 1 star, but couldn't choose 0 stars.

Slecht bedrijf de het proces en kwaliteit van de goederen niet onder controle hebben. Mijn advies kijk verder en koop hier niets. U hoef het advies niet op te volgen , de keuze is aan u ? Send 2nd hand stuff just missing 2 screws with a clock and is covered in dust in a box. And then wait for at least 6 days. Bad company not in control of the process and quality of the goods. My advice look further and don't buy anything here. You do not have to follow the advice , the choice is yours ?
R	Remco Knubben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb online een prachtige vloerlamp gekocht. Echter bleek de aan-uit knop niet goed te werken. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd en daar werd heel snel op gereageerd. Ik kreeg te horen dat ze een nieuwe lamp zouden sturen en dat ik de doos van de nieuwe lamp kon gebruiken om de kapotte lamp retour te sturen. De dag daarna had ik al de nieuwe lamp in huis. Ik ben dan ook zeer te spreken over Collectione. Mooie collectie en minstens zo belangrijk; hele goede service. I bought a beautiful floor lamp online. However, the on-off button did not work properly. I sent an email and it was answered very quickly. I was told that they would send a new lamp and that I could use the box of the new lamp to return the broken lamp. The next day I already had the new lamp at home. I am therefore very pleased with Collectione. Nice collection and just as important; very good service.
