Man will nur ein UPS Paket für die Freundin abholen aber Mitarbeiterinnen stehen draußen und rauchen und erklären einem, dass man einen Vollmacht in Schriftform braucht. Bin dann damit wiedergekommen und musste dann meinen Perso, den von meiner Freundin und die Vollmacht sehen. Aber der größte Witz war, dass die Mitarbeiterin noch noch nicht einmal Mal die (übrigens komplett falsche) Unterschrift kontrolliert hat, obwohl der original Ausweis neben dran gelegen hat. Daran hat man schön gesehen, dass es kein bisschen und Sicherheit ging sondern einfach nur um Schikane. Wenn man nicht fähig ist oder keine Lust hat zu verstehen, wofür die Regeln da sind sollte man sich auch nicht Aufspielen nur um anderen Leuten das Leben schwer zu machen. Ich wurde noch nie so schlecht behandelt beim Paket abholen wie in diesem Laden. Just incompetent employees. You just want to pick up a UPS package for your girlfriend, but employees are standing outside smoking and explaining that you need a written authorization. Then I came back with it and then had to see my ID, that of my girlfriend and the power of attorney. But the biggest joke was that the employee hadn't even checked the (completely wrong) signature, even though the original ID was next to it. You could see from that that it wasn't a bit about safety, but simply about chicane. If you are not able or do not feel like understanding what the rules are for, you should not play yourself just to make life difficult for other people. I've never been treated so badly when picking up my parcel as I was in this store.

Jetzt soll ich also nochmal mit dem Gesellschaftervertrag vorbeikommen? GLS funktionioniert schon schlecht genug, aber in Kombi mit diesem Laden eine absolute Katastrophe! Unbelievable, couldn't pick up my package because I had to prove that I owned my company. So I'm supposed to come by again with the articles of association? GLS doesn't work well enough, but in combination with this store it's an absolute disaster!
