★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Vodafone shop on Saturday, June 29, to purchase a new SIM card. I am always a bit nervous, as I am an American expatriate in Germany, and my language skills are not great. Luckily, I was met by a friendly face: Hemat Lmar, who immediately assured me it was okay and he could help.
Hemat has excellent customer service skills, and speaks perfect English. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made all the difference, and definitely assured that I will remain a satisfied VODAFONE customer and a return patron to the shop on Adalbertstrasse.
I highly recommend the Adalbertstrasse VODAFONE shop to any expat, or tourist in Aachen looking for superb customer service and a talented and friendly staff to help you out with any phone issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This could not have gone better! We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service we received at this shop. Hemat was courteous, knowledgable, helpful and most importantly, bilingual! What an awesome young man. We had already gone to two different stores but no one could really answer our questions and/or they didn’t have what we needed. If you are an expat or tourist and need to set up German phone service, this is the place to go. Hemat helped us get everything settled so that we will not need to do anything else while we are here except use our phone just as we would have at home. Thank you! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this shop by Facebook and just in the next 5 minutes, they replied me, I was surprised by that! I could even make an appointment by this way, which was so convenient to me who live in another city.
Their services are great. By that day, I met with Mr.Cois, the manager of this store, he is very nice and he explained me everything clearly. He even suggested me a promotion which is very suitable for me! (He can explain you in great detail in English or German; compared to another franchise shop, I had gone before, they couldn't explain anything and only wanted to talk to me in German) I also saw someone in the store talk to another customer in French too!! So this shop is a very good choice for foreign students who aren't very familiar with German, like me :)
I would like to recommend this place to all of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience with one of the staff members. I went there to get the status of my DSL application. I had to phone a number but it was in German only. Staff refused to help with with this. He actually had the audacity tell me I'm in Germany so I'll have to speak German. The reason I chose Vodafone was because I had the impression they provide customer service in English. Will not use again.
