★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute ein Gespräch mit dem Filialleiter und was sich dieser gegenüber Kunden erlaubt ist eine absolute Frechheit. Stellt wilde Behauptungen auf die nicht haltbar sind und wofür es nicht im gegrinsten einen Ansatz gibt. Und sowas ist Filialleiter...kein Verständnis für ein so unangebrachtes Verhalten! Einfach nur Fassungslos
 Had a conversation with the branch manager today and what he allows himself to do with customers is an absolute cheek. Makes wild assertions that are untenable and for which there is no grinning approach. And something like that is branch manager ... no understanding for such inappropriate behavior! Just stunned
