Einfach lächerlich. Processing an account closure takes a long time underground. After three weeks still no transfer of the credit. Employees refer to Corona. Just ridiculous.

Der Kundenservice, Telefonnummer sogar die angegebene Email ist unerreichbar und wenn man mit jemandem spricht ist Höflichkeit und Respekt ausverkauft, besonders Immigrant*innen entgegen. Kann es kaum erwarten mein Konto hier aufzulösen, aber sogar das dauert ewig. How incredibly rude and unavailable this bank and its staff are is out of this world. Customer service, phone number even the email provided is unreachable and when speaking to anyone courtesy and respect is sold out, especially towards immigrants. Can't wait to close my account here, but even that takes forever.
