I placed an order yesterday and I even called them before placing it to make sure what they say on the website about delivery in 24 hours is true and Herik told me to place the order that I would have received it the next day! I called this morning as no Tracking number was received and after 1 hour waiting online the girl who was very rude told me that she doesn't know where the package is as she also doesn't have the tracking number! I already told her about very bad customer service and she didn't say a word! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! NOW LET'S SEE HOW LONG WILL TAKE MY REFUND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order with the promise of a 24h delivery. After 3 weeks of non-delivery, I cancelled the order. It was still delivered the week after (so 1 month after the order was placed). If I want to return it, I will have to pay for shipping costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent too late and I end up with items I did not order in the wrong size. I had to make due, as there was no time left, for a 3 year old birthday party. Bad customer service, no help or solution. No reply to my email.
Wish I checked the reviews before I ordered.. ?
Update after reply from confetti shopping group: the items did not have a 1-2week delivery time. I was suppose to receive size S and L. I received 2 x L. And the gift for the 3 year old was the wrong item all together. I did not receive any customer service and had to deal with the situation, unfortunately ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I orderd fake lips in September 2021, the told me it will be at my home in 4 days. The let me know it’s was not in stok a day befor I wuld have it at home. Then the told me I wuld have my money back now it’s end November 2021 end still don’t have the money back in my account not the fake lips.
