★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extemely unfriendly people! They just hang up on you at the reception like this. When you call the line for information about passport the girl just yells at you that all the information can be found on the website. What they are paying then her for??? Just very rude. Typical Italian!!!

They accepted the paperwork even if I was late on appointment, made the new passport in 20minutes, and cleared other pending certification paperwork I had brought with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels to go back to italy. They hardly answer to the phone, waiting times necessary to take an appointment to do any operation are endless.
The offices are opened a couple of hours per day.
Once you finally manage to get in, things get better and the employees are friendly and efficient

I requested for an emergency document, it took more than 40 days for an emergency document. One day their system was not working and it was disconnected from Rome so they asked everyone to leave and book new appointments.
Someone there should understand that time is valuable for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, fast and hassle free. Booked an appointment for a passport the day before and walked out with it the next day. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Not sure about the bad reviews, I truly had a great experience compared to other embassies around the world. Grazie mille!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NOT the address, the consulate is no longer here, the incopetence is so great that the address is not even updated on the website!
You plan to arrive early, you have this unpleasant surprise, then you arrive late at the new address and you still have to listen to the consulate official that you are late, don't blame people for your incompetence!
