★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff, but sorry to say I had to wait for more than 2 hours just to make them understand, they can issue a document. After showing several websites and phone calls then only they understand. You have to pay for photocopies and photos too. Luckily they have in the same office. Compared to earlier days, when you had to go out to a certain shop and pay 5-10 times for services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service!! Gentleman there is very helpful. We went for OCI application. We made mistake in online form submission. He was very patient and allowed us to rectify. Really going out of the call of duty!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly . Photo service is great and very less expensive compared to photo services outside and its instant.
If you are coming by car - recommended to park in the Parkbee which is very close to the VFS center .. plenty of spots and same price or some time less expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always mismanaged. Never disappoints. There were two counters open and at least 10 people who had an appointment for the exact same time. Kind of kills the point of having appointments. Irrespective of an appointment you still have to wait endlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, friendly staff. Went for newborn passport and all the process took 15 minutes. They have photo booth and also they can cut the passport photos in required sizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are nice but capacity to handle such volumes of applications is so miserable. 20 people with 1 counter open. Staffs are so overloaded. No place to park. No drinking water or anything. You can take photos though.(sometimes it doesn’t work)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systematic and simple process. Very helpful staff specially Michel who was really helpful in guiding us not only in passport application but in apostile matter too. Road side parking just outside the building and easy to access location.

The photo service is just a booth like the one you’ll find at every subway station. For kids’ pic, better to have it taken prior to visiting from a professional service.
