Toen zij men: "Oké zoek maar een andere tandarts we willen je niet meer". Men werkt vanuit het principe 'de verzekering betaald toch wel'. Dit resulteert in het opdringen van extra diensten zoals poetsadvies, overbodige foto's en consults. Ik betaal echter zelf mijn tandartsrekening zonder de zorgverzekering. Ik heb daarbij een slecht gebit en wil graag slechte kiezen laten trekken. Deze tandarts wil echter tot het ellendige doorbehandelen. Ik heb daar geen geld voor maar dit interesseert men niet. Daarnaast heb word ik telkens bij niet Nederlandse tandartsen ingeplant die geen tot slecht Nederlands spreken. Conclusie, als u veel geld heeft/een goeie verzekering dan zal u niet zo snel te klagen hebben. Als u minder te besteden heeft en vraagt waarom het nodig is om een foto te maken voor het trekken van een kies dan kunt u oprotten. Ik stuur mijn dochter van 14 jaar heen met een gaatje in de kies, een week later een factuur op de mat van €400+ Bij navraag hierover vertellen ze ook maar even een schoonheids behandeling te hebben uitgevoerd, want ja dat doen ze bij alle patiënten onder de 18 jaar. Maar als je zelf alles betaald is dit zuur omdat er ONGEVRAAGDE behandelingen worden uitgevoerd, onder het mom van: "de verzekering betaald wel". Deze tandartspraktijk huist niet voor niets in een mega villa en eigenaar komt met een dikke Porsche voorrijden. Tandarts is trouwens verplicht een bij kosten die de €200 uitkomen een begroting te maken, dit doen ze natuurlijk ook gewoon niet en hebben als het er op aan komt niets met jou als patiënt te maken alleen dus op je geld uit. En daarom ben ik het ook helemaal eens met de review van William Loosman, ik heb namelijk precies dezelfde ervaring. money grab!
