★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings. Drie keer op de dag gebeld, twee keer voldoende en beleefd geholpen. Derde keer rond 17.00u gebeld, kreeg een zuchtend persoon achter de lijn. Ik sprak voor mijn vriend, omdat hij zoveel pijn had dat hij niet kon praten. Krijg ik de opmerking: "Hij is 26, dus hij kan toch prima voor hemzelf praten?" Gesprek eindigde met een zucht dat we toch wel eerder langs mochten komen. Sorry, maar wat een service is dit dan.....
 Mixed feelings. Called three times a day, twice enough and polite assistance. A third time around 5 p.m. received a sighing person. I spoke for my friend because he was in so much pain that he couldn't talk. Do I get the comment: "He is 26, so he can talk for himself perfectly?" Conversation ended with a sigh that we were allowed to drop by earlier. Sorry, but what a service is this then .....
