W	Wouter van der Heide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goeie hulp van de huisarts maar wil toch even wat kwijt over de dame in kwestie die achter de balie zit... mijn vriendin is hoogzwanger en heeft tot 2x aan toe voor 2 uur in de auto moeten wachten terwijl het rustig was in de wachtkamer. het was een forsere vrouw met een bloemetjes jurk die mij niet haar naam wilde geven. ze was zeer asociaal en kon zicht niet inleven in haar situatie. zelf kon ik niet rijden ivm een wond op mijn hand en het enige wat mijn vriendin te horen kreeg was "dat ze dat zelf maar moet uitzoeken" is dat nou de zorg van tegenwoordig? Good help from the doctor but still wants to say something about the lady in question who is behind the desk ... my girlfriend is heavily pregnant and had to wait in the car for 2 hours while it was quiet in the waiting room. it was a bigger woman in a flowery dress who wouldn't give me her name. she was very antisocial and couldn't empathize with her situation. I could not drive myself because of a wound on my hand and the only thing my girlfriend was told was "that she should find out for herself" is that the concern of today?

j	john kazemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x gebeld voor mijn dochter ( bijna 2 jaar) die al 5 dagen niet kon eten en daarna ook niet meer wilde drinken door zware aften in haar keel. 1e keer bellen werd afgewezen omdat ze toch wel zou slapen. Daarna heb ik nog een keer gebeld met de drang omdat ik wil dat ze gezien wordt door een professional omdat ik zie dat het niet lekker gaat. Daar aangekomen, dokter zwaar geïrriteerd er zijn geen noodzakelijke signale voor medicijnen. Paar maanden daarvoor was ons kind binna uitgedroogd. Ik dacht beter voorkomen dan genezen. Maar dokter luisterde niet eens naar wat ik zei. Wat kind zei is niet realistisch en ik voelde mij echt een zeurende ouder. Maar voor mijzelf kan ik een risico nemen maar moet voor mijn kind niet Called twice for my daughter (almost 2 years old) who could not eat for 5 days and then did not want to drink anymore because of severe canker sores in her throat. 1st call was rejected because she would sleep anyway. Then I called again with the urge because I want her to be seen by a professional because I see that it is not going well. But doctor didn't even listen to what I said. What child said is not realistic and I really felt like a nagging parent. But for myself I can take a risk but not for my child

Geen poging tot oplossen niets. Succes. Klik. Heel slecht. Appotheek in hetzelfde gebouw daarentegen zeer corect. Very businesslike and bid declined with a 'success' when we stand at the door from Schagen with a recipe in hand and I cannot be seen in the file. No attempt to solve anything. Good luck. Click. Very bad. Pharmacy in the same building, on the other hand, very correct.
E	Eva Moorman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slechte zaak hier in Alkmaar ik had om 12:00u een afspraak gemaakt ik werd pas om 12:30u omdat weer sport mensen vooral kinderen+ zo puber voor moet waarom zijn de sport mensen bij jullie altijd voor ? vandaar o sterren maar dan geen bericht versturen dan maar 1 sterren bad thing here in Alkmaar I had made an appointment at 12:00 pm I only became at 12:30 pm because again sports people, especially children + so adolescents, why are the sports people always ahead of you? hence o stars but then don't send a message then only 1 stars
N	Norma Snoek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dochter met voetballen door enkel gegaan .lange wachttijd om telefoniste te spreken uiteindelijk gesproken moest het maar even aankijken met paracetamol. Kreeg nog meer last veel pijn weer bellen .het is heel erg druk U kunt vannacht nog komen of morgen vroeg zei de telefoniste .ik zei doe maar zsm . 24.05 mochten we komen. Om 1.05 pas aan de beurt . Dokter niet echt duidelijk en boos omdat ze eerlijk zei ik heb ibuprofen had Ingenomen .maar de dosering was te hoog . Schreef verwijskaart voor foto’s te maken in Med .centrum Alkmaar kon pas volgende dag . Waren om 2 uur thuis en volgende ochtend 8 uur weer bellen konden om 8.30 foto’s laten maken . Daar boven gekomen was er niemand ik weer naar beneden lang moeten wachten Foto’s vrij onduidelijk later bleek gescheurde enkel fractuur .wat een gedoe en waren al 16 uur zaterdag met alles gestart . Komt dit door de Corona ? Slechte service .vroeger ook voor mij zelf ooit hier geweest .moest ook volgende dag terug komen met één netvlies loslating te laat geholpen . Met gevolg dat ik blind ben aan 1 oog .komen hier liever niet meer Daughter went through with soccer only. Long waiting time to speak to the operator, finally spoke, but had to look at it with paracetamol. Got even more pain a lot of pain call again .it's very busy You can come tonight or early tomorrow the operator said. I said do it asap. 24.05 we were allowed to come. At 1.05 it's your turn. Wrote a referral card for taking pictures in Med .centrum Alkmaar was only possible the next day. Were home at 2 o'clock and the next morning 8 o'clock could call again at 8.30 am to have pictures taken. Got up there, there was no one, I had to wait a long time back down. Photos quite unclear, later it turned out to be a torn ankle fracture. What a hassle and everything had been started for 16 hours on Saturday. Is this because of the Corona? Bad service. I also used to be here for myself. Had to come back the next day with one retinal detachment, helped too late. As a result I'm blind in 1 eye. I'd rather not come here anymore
