Expensive, many items are mislabeled. Discounts are often forgotten. Check your receipt! I always find actions are not discounted. Grumpy personal.

A good store if you are living in the vicinity and need something urgently. However, it is pretty expensive in comparison to other stores. It is not something I would recommend for your weekly grocery shopping.

Bad atmosphere with unfriendly staff. This is a budget supermarket with low quality items. Spare this place unless it is an absolute Emergancy

High prices, little selection, too few employees (long line up at cashier) and sometimes products seem on sale but it just says "Neem me!" Written in the same way as the discount signs.

Nice enough supermarket, had some really nice offers/discounts when I visited. Helpful staff as well. Normally it's a bit far from where I live so I would hardly go there.

Mixed feelings about this store. Friendly staff and fair product range for a small store. Can be huge waiting lines. Store recently closed the last two weeks for renovations, and with Coop balloons on lampposts in the neighbourhood I thought it'd be radically improved/changed. In reality, there's no layout change, no change to make tills to be more efficient and other than a few small aesthetic changes I really don't know what they've done!

I normally quite like Coop but not this one. This is the closest grocery store near me and yet I refuse to go here ever again. I have given it another shot over 20 times now but seem to be more dissatisfied every single time. I have never seen this type of behavior and inefficiency at any other grocery store in my life. The waiting lines are extremely long (for the reason that they refuse to open more than one check out counter (this counter being the express one???)). The express check out counter barely has any (if any) packing space which results in the cashier purposely throwing all of my groceries onto the floor and breaking it. This has happened multiple times now. When asked why or to stop they keep going and then use the excuse that they have to be able to help the next customer asap. They make you feel bad about having to grocery shop for a family of 3 instead of just a few products. The staff members are arrogant, distant and uninterested. They have treated my partner like a thief because the cashier accidentally made him pay 4 cents by card which was supposed to be 14 euros. He had not noticed as he was packing and just tapped his card. It was her mistake and yet he was stared upon and treated horribly by the manager despite apologizing for not noticing and agreeing to of course pay the full amount. A guy (who seemed intoxicated) also cut in line once and refused to step out and as I told the cashier that it was in fact my turn, she gave me an arrogant death stare and decided to help the guy no problem. These are just a few examples of how this grocery store functions. Please, spare yourself all of this and do not go here. Even if it is for a few supplies only (which has been my reason for still going in the past) because you will regret it. Any other store is 1000 times better.
