Wel een uitgebreid systeem maar de marketingsuite die gebruikt wordt is redelijk achterhaald. Daarnaast is het natuurlijk wel een lachertje dat je bij de grootste mail partij van Nederland niet per mail kan opzeggen. Netjes een mail gestuurd ( waarop ook netjes is gereageerd dat de mail goed ontvangen is ) Na een aantal weken vroeg ik hoe het met de opzegging stond en toen werd mij verteld. Oh ja de mail is goed ontvangen, maar de opzegging kan alleen aangetekend en is niet bevestigd. Het is allemaal binnen de regels ( maar is het netjes als je zo met elkaar omgaat ? Dat mag je zelf invullen. Mijn advies zou zijn om, als je naar deze partij overstapt de kleine lettertjes goed te lezen en kijken of je naast het meest moeilijk opzegbare email pakket van Nederland het achterhaalde systeem ook echt nodig hebt. Er zijn inmiddels betere tools beschikbaar voor een leukere prijs! Fijne dag! Currently better software available for a friendlier price. Uiteraard kan dat, maar door stilzwijgende verlenging van een jaar, zitten we er nog even 7 maanden aan vast. Flauw en wellicht mag het ook niet zomaar, maar waar ik nog het meest van schrok was van de vraag of ik mijn opzegging via een aangetekende brief wilde versturen. Een aangetekende brief? We leven in 2020 toch? Documentje opstellen, handtekeningetje eronder inscannen en mailen kan toch ook wel? Helaas meneer, enkel aangetekende brief.... of postduif. Ik ben zo vrij geweest om de voorspelbare reactie al even te typen voor Copernica. Geachte mr. van Uden, Wat jammer dat je wilt stoppen met ons. Dat betreuren we uiteraard ten zeerste. In de contracten vind je onze algemene voorwaarden waarin duidelijk vermeld staat dat opzegging via een aangetekende brief dient te geschieden. Tevens vind u daar informatie over de stilzwijgende verlenging van de contractperiode. Had u de kleine lettertjes even wat beter moeten lezen. We horen deze klacht vaker, maar we gaan hier zeker niets aan doen. Wellicht spreken we elkaar over 7 maanden nog even. Vergeet u de brief niet op de post te doen. In the contracts you will find our general terms and conditions which clearly state that cancellation must be done by registered letter. There you will also find information about the tacit extension of the contract period. You should have read the fine print a little more carefully. We hear this complaint more often, but we are certainly not going to do anything about it. We may talk to each other in 7 months. Do not forget to post the letter. Op een vriendelijk verzoek nog even 2 maanden te wachten wordt op uiterst formele wijze gereageerd dat men hier niet aan meewerkt. Onvriendelijk bedrijf. Geldwolven. Are already charging money while we are not using the system yet. At a friendly request to wait another 2 months, they responded in an extremely formal manner that they did not cooperate. Unfriendly company. Money wolves.
