β β β β β Couldn't download ticket. Customer service does not exist via phone. Chat form via website doesn't work. Unable get in contact for any support.
Update: Paylogic responded after 3.5 weeks to email. Their answer: you missed the ticket personalisation deadline (which is only part of the order confirmation you get MONTHS before the event), your mistake no refunds!
No error on the website, no reminder send ever, cannot add a name to the ticket on the day of the event, unable to reach Paylogic if you have a problem with their platform. Worst customer experience ever.

β β β β β Refund is already 21 days late. Emailed them asking for a realistic date and they replied with some generic "it depends on the organisation" mail. They take your money within second but don't refund it. Kinda disappointed

They failed to send me my into the woods festival ticket and now getting a refund seems almost impossible.
I will not rest until they send my refund. No stone will be left unturned.

β β β β β Your customerservice is the worst I have ever seen in my life. It takes you 2 days to send me a useless sheet from your FAQ, without any personalised help, which I needed. When I try to reach a livechat operator it either takes hours in line just to get disappointed at a ridiculously early closing time of 5 o'clock or even worse. I have waited hours again today just to be notified you closed early today, leaving your customers in the dust. I needed help because my e-voucher wouldn't work because of an error and now, after days of trying to reach the customerservice, I have missed my opportunity to buy my tickets thanks to this blatant show of incompetence. Even Eventix helps their customers better, which, lets be honest, isn't that hard to do after what you guys have shown. Eventix > Paylogic
