In January 2019
We were forced to communicate with Core Education as a result of the previous service provider for Huawei no longer providing after sales service for Huawei.
We were absolutely appalled by the level of customer service received from Core Education. They threaten to ask Huawei to stop offering services to us and black listing us simply for us asking Core Education to match the payment terms that are offered to us by other Telecom hardware providers.
How bizarre! We smell a rat. If Core Education have cash flow issues that do not enable them to offer credit terms to long standing Huawei customers matching those offered by other service providers then they should communicate this in a professional manner & not blame the innocent party for Core Educations hardship or inability to compete. Be wary of this company especially if you are being asked to prepay!
