Queues of 20+ despite the 5 minute slots and 70 euro price tag.

I arrived on time for my test but I had to wait for half an hour out in the cold in a long queue.

I had very bad experience with this center. They made a positive test which was a mistake (I was sick with corona about a month ago, had a test with anti bodies and had a negative GGD test on the next day), I needed to cancel my flight and to do a test in another company. I sent an official complain and asked to return the money or to do something - I have not even received an apology. Never again!

Great place. People who were helping us were extremely careful, yet nice to us. The girl who conducted the PCR was very nice and happy. Great service. And we received the results same day at 17:30

I came for PCR and LGM testing, due to the flight to China. The PCR result arrived first, and LGM need longer time to do the analyzing. Colleague from Coronalab provide me so much help even it's 12:00 evening. My result arrives finally arrive on the same day of my testing. Which is super friendly and helpful service, guarantee my trip on the other day.

If possible i would rank this company with minus 5 stars. Even 1 star is too much. I had the worst experience possible, as i and my son were tested by this company with PCR tests and ensured that we shall have the results in the same day, up to 10pm. We mentioned that we have the flight next day in the morning, so no delay possible. Both the website and the personal confirmed that the results will come latest at 10pm, same day. We were tested PCR at 9.50am. At 10.30pm that day no results were sent to us, so i wrote an email as in weekends no phone calls are taken by this company. They replied in short time, mentioning if the results wolud not be received up to 11.30pm, to write them back. Of course no results came. I wrote them back (re)mentioning that in the following morning we have the flight and we need the results, otherwise our authorities shall send us in quarantine, which is not acceptable. They replied us mentioning that they encounter a tehnical problem and the test results shall not come earlier then 2pm, next day. They suggest us to go to another company to (re)take the PCR tests, if we do not want to be sent in quarantine!!!! This was totally unprofessional, to suggest us at midnight to go to take the test with other company, even if you had plenty of time during the day to let us know that you encountered tehnical problems. Probably if i did not write to them, they would not bother to announce us at all. More than that, they already charged us 178eur and deliver nothing, but of course no mention about paying us back. I replied and told them this is unacceptable, that we shall complain to the authorities, insisting on receiving the results up to 10am, next day, as we have to check in the flight. From that moment, no answer came, no solution was offered, nothing, even if we wrote other two emails next day. In the end we were sent in quarantine by the authorities for 14days. The results came few minutes after we sent a complain to the dutch consumer protection office, and forward it to them as well. Just to let you know, the results arrived a bit after 5pm, so not even the second deadline was respected by this company. Now we try to convince our authorities to give up at the qurantine as we finally received the tests'results( negativ), but that means time consumption, a lot of bad energy, procedures to follow etc. So, definelty i will never work with this company.

I want to thank Coronalab The Hague Centre, and specifically your colleague Juan. I visited today with my 2 daughters (7 years and 12 years old) to have PCR tests. My 12 year was very nervous following an unpleasant experience earlier this year at a GGD test centre. On seeing that my 12 year old daughter was distressed, and that my attempts to reassure her were not succeeding, Juan intervened. He explained what would happen, and the sensations she would feel, in clear and accessible language. She took the test without any problems. I have now used this test centre on several occasions for myself and my children and certainly recommend it.

The people there were very nice. A well organised, fast, and efficient service. Had the Antigen test results in 2 hours. Will go there again.
