They can’t be reached via email or phone.
Avoid this place.

Tried to contact them via email and phone without success. Absolute disaster, don’t go here. It’s a total scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my results in about 16 hours so a very speedy turnaround. I found the process to be very efficient and the staff to be very nice and professional. Sure I had to wait maybe 10 mins or less but considering the volume of tests they’re dealing with it wasn’t a big deal - I think they’re doing an excellent job under the circumstances so I don’t know why some people are complaining!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly, not flexible at all. As a world traveller I have to test frequently and drive from far away to get a travel certificate. Often I try to be on time, and often too early. At this facility they rather tell me, in a very unsympathetic way, to wait outside in the rain, while in the mean time no other customers are booked in, during these quiet hours. A bit of flexibility during these quiet hours would be nice.
