Making an appointment was easy, prices are fine for a PCR test (there is sometimes more than 50 euros difference between). We had already added the results the same day at 20:00 and neatly with a travel certificate. Helped quickly on location and everyone just put on a mouth cap. Nothing to complain about.

Do not go here!!! They misspelled my name on the certificate, which I needed to travel!

Do not go, they can not even get your PCR result right, which is supposed to be accurate. Short version: I should have used another testing institute, even if it means I need to travel to another city. -------------------------------------------------------------------- This company seems to have a perfect PR team, and my angry reviews are somehow all gone in a concise window, thanks to their excellent work. I have to reapply a new google account I decided to describe my bad experience in a peaceful manner this time, and I hope this may provide some useful tips for those who chose to test this place. First, to be fair, the service isn't that bad; the nice-looking UI interface of its website is easiest to use among many other testing institutes, and responses are fast. However, I wish they could pay more attention to the testing quality. I tested positive (PCR) + negative (IgM) on May 3rd, I highly doubted the result, as I have stayed in the apartment for over six days and no close contact with anyone (IgM should be testable with a period around 4-6 days, and they claimed that I had a high CT value). I contacted them via email, they called but only to defend how reliable their labs were, and I would not be able to be tested negative in a short period (so silly I believed them). I had to cancel my flight, which led to a considerable cost, as you could imagine, and I planed to isolate myself. In the meantime, I also contacted all my friends/colleagues that I had contact for over 5 mins within two weeks (not too many as most wfh, and I did not like a party). None of them carried symptoms, luckily. This was the second time I raised my doubt?? Something did not match up. GGD allowed me to do tests right the following day, I booked two tests on May 4th (include PCR), both negative (see attached figure)?? What happened to the so-called high CT value? What happened to the claim that I would not be able to be tested negative in a short period? The GGD working staff was nice, but there was nothing he could do except felt sorry for my loss because of the hard-to-understand (false) result from the claiming-to-be-solid coronalab. They never admitted their error. I tested at the other testing institute, not a surprise, PCR negative again (this was done a few days later, you could argue, of course, but do not forget the negative results on May 4th!). I also attached an X-ray analysis (in order to make sure their PR team can not simply erase my comments, I will have to add additional figures) to further prove how unreliable this coronalab is!!! (There are too many extra unnecessary tests you will need to do in order to apply for a travel permit once you had a (false) positive result....) PCR test is supposed to be accurate, yet this testing institute simply could not guarantee it. If I were you, I would not try this place again. Of course, you could argue this is only a small sample, but: 1. For those who applied for a travel permit to China, you may search online/or ask around; many had encountered the case --first day positive IgM, the next day negative (happened before Feb 2021 as regulations changed afterward). It is hard from this pattern not to doubt they are making extra money this way. I am not claiming they falsified the result; there are so many kinds of detection kits; some cheaper ones have higher false-positive rates. 2. Until now, they could not explain why my sample was positive at that test (they could have told me it was false-positive, but no, the service team always replied with (I guess) some templates and none of which would explain satisfyingly). Personally, I highly doubt if they were testing the correct sample! If not, it could be the case that someone else would be traveling without being aware of the risk. Given there is another comment complaining about the misspelling of the name, I would say mistaking samples are not impossible... I would never know what really happened, though; this is an always-right testing institute anyway. I have paid my cost. So, do not waste your money and time here !!!!

Reliable, fairly quick, and very friendly staff. They helped me without any hesitation when I made a mistake choosing and paying for the wrong test. Recommended.

The most inefficient Covid lab I have been to since the beginning! Please for your own sake have a look at other countries and update or digitalize your process?!? long waiting lines, the staff inefficiency, NO Covid security measurements for the people waiting. And on top of that the prices are actually ridiculous!! No wonder numbers in Netherlands are rising

Great service - very friendly and professional. Answered all my queries via email the same day before booking. Good appointments availability and lowest prices I could find. Got test result the same afternoon. Highly recommended.

Great service. I have used twice now for travel. The staff are very friendly but the most important thing for me is the timeline. I work offshore and need a PCR before being allowed to board a plane to travel home I am able to get the test at 0800 and the results have always arrive before 20:00 which gets me home a day earlier, rather than having to wait for results 24 hours later. They have also be quite flexible and accommodating. I was running very late this week for my test but they had no problem with this. Many others could deem that as a missed appointment and charge again. Thank you for the services provided.

I got tested here with my family at noon. There was practically no wait so the four of us were in & out in 10mins. As promised we got the results the same evening (a bit later than advertised though)
