Het kabinet houdt de coronasituatie daarom goed in de gaten en onderneemt actie als er verder versoepeld kan worden of als het virus weer oplaait.

I went to take a sneltest and i asked twice two different ( rude students obviously who had no idea what are they doing just running around and trying to look busy) when will i have my results and how, and of course they told me within 30 minutes on my email, and that didn’t happen. After waiting two hours I decided to call but there’s no number for the one in Groningen so i called with the headquarters twice, both of the times had to wait 30-40 minutes till i was number one in que and both of the times someone hung up on me! Now it has been 24 hours since i had my sneltest that isn’t snel at all actually and still no results!! Just bad…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sketchy. My partner and I took a test here >2 weeks ago, and we feel like we were scammed. The delivery time of results was extended *after* we made our booking. Worst of all, my partner has actually never received the results, which almost ruined our holiday plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very late from appointed time. They don’t accept the residence permit, just passport! I had to go back cos they said residence permit aren’t the traveling document (despite this option in their email). The price is also inadequately high for such chaotic service. Hope at least my result will come in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost decide not to go after reading the bad reviews. Anyway, we decided to give it a try for 2 antigen test and making the appointments was extremely easy. The girl in charge was very kind and we got our results in 15 minutes. We went there at 9pm so there was absolutely no queue. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also was a bit apprehensive after reading the bad reviews here but everything went fine. There was no queue (we went there on December 28th in the late afternoon), staff was friendly and professional and we got the results (of antigen test) quickly and with QR code. Price is steep, but this is the average price for antigen tests in Groningen.
