M	Melv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don't write reviews, but Coronalab.eu deserves it! My girlfriend and I are super happy with Coronalab.eu! We were a bit skeptical to book because of some of the bad reviews, but because we didn't have much choice we decided to do it anyways. We both got tested in their location in Amsterdam (Sciencepark) at around 11:00 on the 21st of december 2020. We got our certificates stating that we don't have covid the same day, a few minutes before 17:00!!! Super quick and kind people at the test location.
A	Antía Varela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. I took a PCR test in the location Breda. Fast and efficient test and I got the results the same evening. Customer service repplied to my message within minutes, at night. I recommend it!

We had an issue where our email ID was wrong and we didn't get an email for the test result but when you drop an email to the support team, you will definitely get an response with in an hour and will be reolved. My only suggtesion for one improvement will be to send the result codes to the respective phone numbers as well apart from email.Sometimes there might be a scenario where some one might not be able to access email or a case like us with wrong email.This will helps customers a lot.
A	A Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, location easy to find with free parking, no waiting time at the door, results came in as promised same day for both my PCR and Igm test. From booking till receiving the results Jelle replied very quickly on my questions by email even in the evening when I did not expected a reply anymore as it was outside office hours he still replied within one hour. Thanks for the great service!

Something went wrong with receiving the results because there were 2 passport numbers in the appointment (which I needed), so I didn’t get my results before 22h. I was worried so I e-mailed them at 22h and they got back to me within 15min with 2 certificates, one for each passport. It would be good to check & update the system (if possible) incase travelers need a Covid certificate for more than one passport. Or, if travellers are in this situation make sure to email them about it on the evening you are expecting your result. Nevertheless, great that they replied so fast on Saturday evening and that the results were in! Also, friendly staff on location and via e-mail contact (Jelle). :-) Although at 22h I panicked that I didn’t get my results, their quick response, finished testing and kindness made up for it. I would give them 4,5 stars
l	lol terner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellentl services. Easy to schedule the pcr test through the website , made the test at 12.55 the appointed day and the next at around 18.00 had the results. Since i made the test after 12.00 the results came the next day. Their help desk also responded within 2 hours since i made the questions.

More importantly, I received the test results on the same day, which is very important for many people. In addition, its customer service responded promptly even at the night.
