★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get the free test for traveling, there’s a very high risk, you won’t get the results on time. There’s a system error for “free tests”. How convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my free test today September 8 at 8:15 am, it wasn't crowded there were only 4 other people, everything went smoth the lady was kind, I received the result in September 8 at 4:20 pm, so around 8 hours

Had to pay twice for one test. The first test I paid via PayPal, the confirmation never went through. Had to pay the second time via credit card.
Then the test result didn’t for 60 min, although it says 30 min on the website. I had to call them and ask if they can send me the result. Took another 10-15min and I missed my flight ?
In conclusion, not reliable and if you are in a hurry, try somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday ADE! unfortunately they were short staffed and the line was 2 hours wait even with appointments. The late staff was not trained well & was learning on the spot. I felt badly for the nice lady in charge. Ultimately when they’re running that behind and you’ve paid for your PCR test you cannot change your apt time to another location or day after an hour BEFORE your test which is very frustrating in this circumstance. We went here 6 other days this week with relative ease.
