J	Joshua Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Friendly staff and really informative aswell. Very spacious, clean and safe distancing at all times. I did a pcr test and recieved my result the same day in my email. Quick service - I was checked in, tested and left the building all in about 5 minutes. Very gentle swabbing if I compare it to past tests I've done elsewhere. Definitely recommend it if you want quick results with effective testing. Keep it up guys.
I	I E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this service if you need to catch a flight. I did my pcr on Wednesday in time for my flight on Friday. After 36 hours no results, 2hrs on phone line, then they sent my pcr with incorrect gender, nationality, identification number and date of test….I then phoned back again on the line for ages to be told we are trying but we are very busy as we have people being refused entry due to incorrect details so this clearly happens a lot. They then resent the pcr with the date of test still incorrect so completely unusable, had to rush and pay for a new test at a different company otherwise I would of been denied boarding. Never replied to emails so no point emailing them at their info email address.

D	Daniel Pernet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment times seem to be pretty worthless here. Had an appointment at 12:00, they say not to be late OR earlier than 10 minutes early. Arrive just before 12:00 and there is a line of about 40 people down the street, line is hardly moving. Employee out the front just says “I don’t work inside I have no idea what’s going on.” She expected it would take an hour so we had to leave without getting tested.

I went to the test center and I was provided a certificate with wrong test date. Then, they sent me by themselves a new one (I never asked for a correct test result certificate as I did not want to deal with them anymore) and the date was still incorrect. It makes me think they lie on their certificates. Such a mess!
A	Aaron Schulze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting in line as I’m writing this review. Scheduled an appointment for 13:40, arrived at 13:30 to see if it was already free but NO there is a super long line. All of these folks had an appointment as well. Ended up getting the test at 14:40 with A DELAY OF ONE HOUR. UNACCEPTABLE. They take in as many people as possible to make more PROFIT but then this happens....DON’T GO!!!!

V	Victoria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 24 hour guaranteed test and did not receive results within 24 hours. I had to book a new test as I needed results within 24 hours. I spoke with the company and they wouldn’t refund either of the two tests I paid for - even though one was guaranteed and never arrived. Terrible customer service will not use them again.
