★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 hours after taking the rapid antigen test I still haven't got my result which was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. I called support but they did nothing. Complete waste of time and my plans are ruined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully recommendable, they were super nice to us! We went with two adults and two kids (3 and 1.5), and they helped a lot in dealing with the paperwork and with the test itself. They were quite caring and the kids actually liked the PCR test rather than making it impossible. The tests were sone 18:30 one day and the results were in the next morning 5:30. The results were shown to and approved by multiple authorities in different countries, so it’s also reliable

Paid for test with Spoed test in July, my partners results came in on time and mine didn't come through for another 12 hours despite paying for the quick option. No response from customer service.
Today, my housemate paid for a second test with Spoed test as due to the storm as his transcontinental flight (so of the utmost importance that results are correct) was delayed and he needed another, while his first results where fine, today the results read the wrong Nationality on the form (despite having provided passport) and waited on line til 08:10 am for response (website states opening hours from 7am)
No refunds where offered for either incidence.
I must admit the staff once finally in contact, where kind and helpful and may not be the person on the phones fault, so always be kind.
However this is not a cheap service, and what was paid for was not received in good order and this is a recurring issue. Therefore 1 star and advice to go elsewhere if possible.

I had done my test to travel somewhere else previously, and the result did not come back on time, so I booked an emergency (30-min) PCR test here at spoedtest Eindhoven. It all went brilliantly, in fact I had my result in less than the promised 30min. 5/5, I will go here next time as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertised and promised to gave the report at 1:30am. We also mentioned morning 6am we have a international flight. Tried customer care and waited for more than 1hr. Still no response. I highly recommended to avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service, advertised as 30 min results for antigen tests, the results for 2 out of the 3 tests i booked went missing and never came back. The worse part was that no one answered the phone number given. I tried for 3 hours, ended up having to go back to test Center, it took a while but they were eventually able to send them to me. They were quick to say I must have used an incorrect phone number. I verified this wasn’t the case, I still don’t know what happened
