★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen hun beloftes niet na. Ik en mijn vrouw hebbben ons ruim voor het vertrek laten testen. Zij beloven 24 tot 36 uur uitslag pcr. Ik wacht nu al 40 uur op de uitslag. Niets binnen en mijn vlucht vertrekt binnen een uur. Helaas heb ik op Schiphol nu een spoedtest moeten doen met de onnodige kosten. Niet netjes en proffesioneeel.
Don't keep their promises. Me and my wife had us tested well before departure. They promise 24 to 36 hours of PCR results. I've been waiting for the results for 40 hours now. Nothing inside and my flight leaves in an hour. Unfortunately, I now had to do an emergency test at Schiphol with the unnecessary costs. Not neat and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring bij deze teststraat. Neustest ging veel te diep. Kwam via me neusgat me keel in!! Ik raad iedereen af hiernaartoe te gaan DOE HET NIET!! Gedrag tegenover klanten geef ik ook een 0 op schaal van 0-10.
Ik ga ook een melding bij overkoepelende organisaties hierover maken.
What a terrible experience at this test street. Nasal test went way too deep. Came through my nostril into my throat!! I advise everyone not to go here DON'T DO IT!! I also give behavior towards customers a 0 on a scale of 0-10.
I will also report this to umbrella organizations.
