HORRIBLE! DON'T GO HERE! the people promised me a corona recovery certificate for over a month, and I never got it. I called them 5 times and after a month and the fifth time they told me that it wasn't possible after all! Please go testing at the GGD and don't go here EVER.

Giving two stars only because the experience getting tested was alright. But the problems start after that. I did a PCR test for which they promise they deliver the results within max 36 hours. After those hours have passed and I have not received any results, I email the company. No reply. Then I call them (30 mins on average waiting time to get on the line). When it's finally my turn to speak to a representative, they hung up! Calling again. They tell me within an hour I will have my results. Then they email me asking me for my order number (already gave it on the phone). I send my order number, and never hear back from them. I send another email. No reply. I call again. They tell me again I will receive the results within 1-1:30 hours. No results still. I email again. Nothing. I call again. They tell me they will put me on the line with the management. After a minute of waiting on the line to speak to the management, they hung up the line again! I send another email - no reply again. In the meantime my flight time is dangerously close. My day was obviously ruined and I had to start roaming Athens on a Sunday afternoon to find a place where I could do a rapid test, so that I don't miss my flight. After approximately 54 hours, 6 emails and 5 calls, I receive my results. I think this company needs to realise that the time limits they set on the results should be taken seriously. People need the results to travel. They paid for flight tickets and hotels, they are waiting to finally enjoy some holidays. If I could give ZERO (0) stars for the experience I had with this company after getting tested, I would. To whoever is reading this, if you don't want to possibly ruin your travel, do NOT get tested by Spoedtest.
