★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there spontaneuously because I needed a new light for my bike and after an accident my brakes were conctantly touching the tire. Immediately after parking my bike a shop employee came out to ask how he could help and then proceeded to fix my brakes very quickly at no cost. Inside they also have a good selection of bike accessories and the employee inside also came to my help pretty quickly. I can only recommend this shop!

The second time I went the gave me for free a little piece that I had lost.
They are very nice and professional.
100% recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always help you with great advice independent on if you are only looking for a valve or if you buying an electric mountain bike.
I have also brought adults and kids bikes for reparation and the service is excellent: fast, good quality, good advice to avoid the same happens again and good price. They even repaired twice small issues for free!
I consider this, without a doubt, the best bike place in Maastricht.
During COVID we had to make an appointment to be able to enter the shop.

I had bought a bike off the internet and partly assembled it myself. Took it to Courtens who were very accomodating and charged me a nominal amount for the final adjustments.
On another occasion, I took my cargo bike for repairs and was met with the same level excellent service, friendly staff and fair prices.
Highly recommended. If you are in Maastricht, this is a gem of a place for all your bicycle needs.
