β β β β β Dont rent apartment if this agency part of it. They are supporting scamming of the landlords. Unprofessional communication. We never received any reports/pictures/evidences even if requested many times. After scam happened, they just started ignoring us.

β β β β β Unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was very poor. Just to give one example: we had a leakage issue (big humidity/mold in a wall) that took more than two months to be fixed. Be aware and consider renting from another agency, I've never had such bad experience.

β β β β β Covers were responsible for renting our apartment for six years. In terms of being able to find tenants, they did a solid job. Always they were able to find tenants.
As we live abroad, they were responsible for the property management, including making sure all payments were made. Regarding property management, they do not give value for money. They are slow in responding to communication. Both owners and tenants, experienced a lack of communication. This resulted in us not being aware of issues with our apartment. Check-in and check-out were poorly conducted; this resulted in conflicts between the tenants and us, which could have been avoided if communication had been done promptly and adequately. As a result, we ended up having a conflict with our tenants that we solved. However, this could have been avoided when Covers had done a solid job. We feel they are in it for the quick buck, do not step to responsibilities, thus resulting in bad customer experiences. Meanwhile, they dive from every responsibility possible and show no reflective skills whatsoever.
