Among the boxes that I’ve visited all over the world, this is by far the friendliest and most welcoming. About the trainers, just take a look at the website and you will see that practically all regular trainers are at least level 2, with many years of experience. It’s a pleasure to go almost daily to sweat and “suffer” with them :)

The energy feels great and everybody is motivated, not only in their own game but also in helping each other out. The coaches are more than willing to help you gain inner and outer strength while maintaining the right techniques and the building is of course a one of it's kind.
