β β β β β At the beginning of this year 2018 I had knowledge through an internet search of the existence of the Crystal Touch clinic. I was very happy to know that maybe there was a solution to the sequels of the Facial palsy that occurred about 17 years ago. The images I saw, the significative improvement of other people who attended the clinic, made me hopeful that the same thing would happen to me. I made the first session in April, and about 3 months later there were already signs of improvement. In each session we are massaged and taught how to do exercises so that we can do it daily at home. In November I was the last time to the clinic, and significant improvements have already been noted. From now on I will return once a year. It is a gradual process, requires that daily exercises be done. I've gotten better, but I hope I get better. Finally I wanted to thank the Crystal Touch Clinic team for their commitment and dedication to their work and for their enormous sympathy

β β β β β I am so very pleased with my experiences and progress with the Crystal Touch Clinic. I waited for a long time for my appointment. From the first sessions felt that I had found the correct place for my 6.5 year asymmetry. In the U.S. not one person tested my nerve. Several doctors said my nerve was dead, and others said synkinesis was untreatable. Both were wrong. I feel I am making progress and see it in the photos. After the 3rd round they took nerve measurements again, and the results are there to see. I feel confident that when I complete the rounds of treatment I shall have my smile back. I highly recommend these kind professionals who not only know their medicine, but have compassion for the trials of facial paralysis.

β β β β β Very unusual clinic with talented doctors! thankful to have found this place to heal from my synkenesis after my Bellβs palsy. They offer a combination of non-invasive ( no Botox or surgery ) measures , which includes: visualisation, relaxation techniques ( and many more holistic approach ) to facilitate deeper healing, more than just the facIal muscles.
The most important thing is to continue all
exercises, which you are doing in Clinic at home. This is you your own responsibility zone.
Finally, they help you not only with disease , they help you to find you!

β β β β β I have had facial paralysis for approximately 15 years and had my first visit to the clinic in February 2019. I have now visited the clinic 4 times and am continuing to see positive results. My face looks more balanced, I have less pain and my face feels a lot lighter and more relaxed. An unexpected benefit is that I can now breathe normally through my nostril on the affected side. I still don't have my "big" smile back but am pleased with the results to date and am confident that I will have more improvement over the next few months as I continue with the daily exercises that the clinic has given me at each visit.

β β β β β I am after the fifth session in Crystal Touch Clinic. I recieved a HUGE help here. I am very satisfied with the treatments, results and outstanding attitude. Before finding Crystal Touch Clinic, I tried a lot of different treatments for 7 years and I really felt resigned and thought there is nothing I could do to improve my situation. I had a lot of difficult issues. Several years ago, I also had a jaw surgery. Patients do not only receive physical exercises but there also mental exercises which was something new for me. I am really very glad about the results and hope to improve further. During each session, I have been taught new exercises and habits. There is a lot to do on your own so a lot of results depend on your own disciplines.To sum up, I honestly recommend this Clinic. I only regret that I didn't find them earlier.

β β β β β I'm very grateful to Dr. Pashova and the entire Christal Touch Clinic Team for an outstanding medical treatment. I have experienced a unique approach which goes far beyond of significantly improving not only my facial condition. But also taking to account the entire body and mind.
Dr. Pashova has been there for me even on Weekends and had always time for my questions.
The look in mirror feels almost 'normal' to me, it doesn't cause such a despair as it used to.

β β β β β I had a surgery in 2019. It was a big trauma. Ive got facial paralysis on the left side. Thought it would recover itself by doing facial exercises. But its not so easy!
Thats why i think im lucky to find such a good doctor like Elena! Professional, nice and supportive!

β β β β β I had Bellβs paralysis at the age of 12, so I have lived all my life with eye synkinesis when laughing. The crystal touch method is simply a miracle for people like me, massage techniques will relieve tension, you will learn to consciously relax the muscles of your face, and control your movements again. I am incredibly grateful to all team of Crystal Touch clinic for help, I am also grateful to the fate that I found them. I've been working on my face for about seven months and I definitely can see results. My face becomes more harmonious and symmetrical, the synkinesis of the eye decreases. The crystal touch method will require you to work on your face daily, so the result is largely up to you. Be willing to invest time in your recovery, which should not stop you. It's rare in life that results come without putting in a lot of effort. Usually, we get as much as we work hard for it. Good luck everyone, never lose hope!
