Ik kan dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen. We have been very well helped by CS-living with the rental of an apartment. They have a very professional attitude and are quick to respond to questions. I can certainly recommend this company.

J	Jorn Sijbertsma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The renter has no rights. The agency work only for the owner instead of the rights of renter. They really don't do anything for you. If there was a choice of -100 stars as rating they would got from me. Please do not make business/rent from them.

I can understand the negative reviews from people that want to rent as they probably didn't make enough money to rent the place as CS wonen does a financial check. Of course hearing you don't make enough is confronting. Also CS wonen isn't the one who makes the decision in the end the owner of the house makes the decision. Unfortunately Polish people don't have the best name renting a house so it's possible home owners say they don't want a group of Polish people in their beautiful property. There are many horror stories out there. Unfortunately the good ones suffer because of the bad behaviour of the others. It's sad for those people and I know it as I have faced this kind of discrimination myself while living in Thailand due to the bad behaviour of white people there. Personally for me I look at how reliable and high the persons income is and if there is a personal click. Anyways what I'm trying to say to all those people that are giving a one star review is that it's probably not CS wonen that didn't want you in the house but the owner. So please don't give a great agency like CS wonen one star. If you have been working with them for a long time you know they are worth all five stars. Also the owner of the house is their customer as this is the person that pays CS wonen. If you want an agency that is there for the renter (not sure if they still exist in a market like this) then go there. But that does cost money if you want to be serviced.
