Zelf vind ik dat deze locatie in Roosendaal zijn deuren zouden moeten sluiten!.
Verbeterpunten:
Fouten erkennen
Duidelijker communiceren
Gastvriendelijkheid
Ook zou het helpen als julie wat meer trainingen aan jullie receptioniste zouden geven, aangezien zij alles behalve normaal kan communiceren. je zou gemakkelijk alleen door een telefoontje met haar te plegen al zware psychische klachten moeten krijgen.
 My experiences at mental health care are unfortunately very annoying !.
I personally think that this location in Roosendaal should close its doors !.

Communicate more clearly
Hospitality
It would also help if you gave your receptionist some more training, since she can communicate anything but normally. you should easily get severe mental illness just by making a phone call to her.
