Waarbij ik geen voorrijkosten en arbeidsloon hoef te betalen, maar bij een reparatie vragen ze voor een onderdeel wat bruto 200 euro inclusief btw kost bij verschillende groothandels.(Alleen even Google raadplegen), 339 Euro. Je betaalt dus 139 euro extra voor het onderdeel. Het was een half uur werk, dus dan kan ik beter arbeidsloon en voorrijkosten betalen en een eerlijke prijs voor het onderdeel. Dit ruikt naar oplichting.
I have a maintenance contract with this company. In which I do not have to pay call-out costs and labor, but during a repair they ask for a part which costs gross 200 euros including VAT at various wholesalers. (Just consult Google), 339 Euro. So you pay 139 euros extra for the part. It was half an hour of work, so I can pay better wages and call-out costs and a fair price for the part. This smells like scams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit voorval is inmiddels een tijdje geleden, maar een vos verliest wel zijn haren maar niet zijn streken.
Wij hadden een ketelstoring en er bleek iets kapot te zijn dat kostte €200,- ex. Voorrijkosten.
Dat heeft hij gemaakt en ondekten we 's avonds dat we nog steeds dezelfde storing hadden in de ketel toen wij hem daarover belden zei ons niet verder te kunnen helpen en toen zei mijn man wel het geld aanpakken en ons met de brokken laten zitten toen zei hij doodleuk " oh, je hebt me bedreigd nou kom ik zeker niet meer terug" .
Bij het schoonmaken van de ketel bij mijn tante heeft hij zelf iets uitgezet waardoor de ketel niet meer werkte toen hij daarvoor terug kwam moest ze €55 voorrijkosten betalen en €25 voor het weer aanzetten, da's lekker geld verdienen zo.
