Adverised two week delivery. No communication. After 4 weeks still nothing. I ordered here before and normally wothout problems, but they should work on their pro active communication...

Really bad customer support, not respecting customer. After installation of my CV kettle, the monteur forgot to check the piping properly. So my zolder has the smell of sewer. The monteur was friendly, and he came from Rotteram to Son en Breugel early in the morning, when i discovered that it was already 1 hour later. I could understand his difficulty and he asked me contact CV totaal for further support. CV totaal gave me the contact detail of another Monteur in the neighbourhood and told me that i have to pay this because this is not in the offer! My piping was done with previous Kettle properly and they cut opened the connection. I totally can not believe my ears that when customer ask CV totaal to install the CV and piping was not done properly, they ask customer to pay for that. When i asked the customer support guy if he were me, what would he do, he told me that he would fix this himself. Moreover in fact that monteur never picked my call after i tried couple of times spending more than 1 hour. Even after 3rd day i don not get reply at all while CV totaals mentioned he will contact me ASAP and i have told them that i am going for international travel so i need fast help. Saying that the bill came immediately and i have replied in their system mentioned i need support. I got really upset when i received directly an email from CV totaal, they told me my ticket can be closed. Nothing actually happened at all! CV totaal, the most unbelievable and arrogant customer service ever!

Horrible service. Bought a double split conditioning which included 5mt cooling line. It got delivered with only one cooling line. But it's a double split with two machines which required two individual lines. The service center don't realize the problem and say only one line is included.... It's like buying a pair of shoes with only one shoe lace included....

Fast and clear service. I ordered a heater and changed my mind a couple of hours later. They didn't respond to my email, but I got the money back a day later. Will do business in the future.

Fast delivery when it works, but when it doesnt, a real problem with the customer support process. I have been waiting since MAY for delivery of my boiler. I have called every other day for the last 3 weeks, the callcenter reception state that 'back office is too busy and they will call you back' and have NEVER received a call back. UPDATE: after escalation i had a callback from an actual team member who took control of the problem and solved it. so, bad processes that need to be fixed if future customers aren't going to be put off by the myrad similar poor reviews/customer stories on review sites...

Everything was quite smooth. We bought a new, powerful boiler (The specification of the boiler was understood by a series of questions to know how much power you need). The installation was also great, I was contacted by phone to know when it takes place, in two hours everything was settled and we had a new boiler. I pad two days afterwards, after having received the bill via email.

Nightmare experience. They damaged a wall in October 2020 whilst installing a boiler. We are March 2021 and nothing has been repaired. We agreed on the phone that I wouldn't pay until the damage was repaired. Instead they force me with incasso costs and extra interest. I had to involve my legal aid insurance and yet they don't respond to anything and continue with putting pressure on me to pay the bill plus incasso, plus interest, without repairing the damage. Apart from that, the mechanics left a mess: electrical wires hanging lose, parts of the thermostat hanging lose, water everywhere. They never returned to complete the job. They do not answer the phone, nor emails any more. My advice: NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY!

Bad Company to hire. They are very quick in response before sale but after sale they don't respond for weeks both on emails and what's app . They will charge you extra for every little thing and they fail to deliver in one go and their service personal will not show up on time. In my case first they forgot to deliver the full package , then the guy has to come back and he didn't showed up in the time frame he gave me ( 14-17 ) and even  three hours after and was very nasty. Reported it to cv total several time and after weeks spoke with Chris who is operational director and he was very unprofessional and basically have no value for my time. I will recommend you to choose another company as this company is cheap ( not so cheap) for a reason. Bad service and zero customer focus
