★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slecht. Vervolgafspraak onderhoud gemaakt ivm met een eerdere lekkage. Ze zijn niet langsgekomen. Als je niet continu achter de dingen aangaat, doen ze niets. Denk dat je beter af bent elders.
Very bad. Follow-up appointment for maintenance due to a previous leakage. They didn't come. If you don't constantly go after things, they won't do anything. Think you're better off elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naar bedrijf. Gaat om geld ipv wonen. Negeren de eigen huurvoorwaarden. Als je daar bezwaar tegen maakt gooien ze het over een andere boeg. Knijpen liever de huurders uit dan dat ze zich zelf aan de eigen voorwaarden houden.
To company. It's about money instead of living. Ignore own rental terms. If you object to that, they'll take a different approach. Would rather squeeze the tenants than stick to their own conditions.

Klachten worden niet serieus genomen, problemen aan de woning worden niet opgelost mits je er zelf achteraan blijft gaan en je hangt zo 25 minuten in de wacht bij de spoedlijn. Ze laten je in de winter letterlijk in de kou zitten.
Kortom de ene na de andere slechte ervaring gehad bij Elkien.
Very bad communication and service.
Complaints are not taken seriously, problems with the home will not be solved if you keep chasing them yourself and you will be on hold at the emergency line for 25 minutes. They literally leave you out in the cold in the winter.
