Hij heeft de verkoop van ons oude huis geregeld en de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis.
Het is iemand die met je meedenkt en is gewoon berijkbaar als je hem nodig hebt. Het grote pluspunt is ook nog eens bij D1. Wanneer je huis in de verkoop staat, dat je hun ook als aankoop makelaar kan inschakelen en dat daar geen extra kosten aan verbonden zitten.
Dat zit allemaal al in de lage vaste courtage kosten die zij berekenen. En die heb ik al dik terug verdient met de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis.

He has arranged the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house.
It is someone who thinks along with you and is easily reachable if you need him. The big plus is also with D1. When your house is on sale, you can also engage them as a buying agent and that there are no additional costs involved.
All of that is already included in the low fixed brokerage fees that they charge. And I have already earned that back with the purchase of our new house.

Very professional, flexible, listened well and did his best to accommodate my needs. They also organized pre-selection, so no awkward viewing with dozens of other candidates. Very good impression.
