H	Herman Jongman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekende zaak met vriendelijk en deskundig personeel. Minpuntje is de Eyelove brillen afdeling. Daar ga ik persoonlijk nooit meer heen. Maar Eyelove brillen heeft eigenlijk niks met de DA drogist te maken. Excellent business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The disadvantage is the Eyelove glasses department. I personally never go there again. But Eyelove glasses actually has nothing to do with the DA drug store.

Ik heb hun advies gevraagd hoe ik een pakket moet verzenden en vervolgens is het pakket door de ontvanger geweigerd (een ander PostNL punt) vanwege foutief invullen van gegevens. Wanneer ik bij de DA het verhaal uitleg, geven ze aan dat het probleem bij het andere PostNL punt ligt en dat hun altijd wel waarschuwen dat het verzenden op die manier riskant is. Dit is in mijn geval totaal niet gebeurt en kreeg de indruk het juist zo goed verzonden te hebben aangezien ik dit nog nadrukkelijk vroeg. Nu ben ik 7,25€ kwijt en ook mijn pakket. En ben hier duidelijk niet blij om. This DA is also a PostNL point but does not correctly inform you about the correct way of shipping. I asked their advice on how to send a package and then the package was refused by the recipient (another PostNL point) because of incorrect data. When I explain the story to the DA, they indicate that the problem lies with the other PostNL point and that they always warn that sending this way is risky. This has not happened at all in my case and I got the impression that it was sent so well because I explicitly asked. Now I have lost 7.25 € and also my package. And I'm clearly not happy about this.
