However, sometimes there is not enough cashier available. You have to wait in a long line to pay. The place is also quite kid friendly. You can bring your baby stroller while shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had problems with the employees at Bastiaanplein up to today. Accompanied by my two little children I was treated very impolitely by a rude middle aged employee. Apparently she doesn't care about customer service whatsoever. Never going back there again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly it's famous for pharmacy/cosmetics, but they also offer a wide range of products. You could find snacks, toiletries, vitamins, child toys, diapers, and even direct photo prints. In some time of the year, Kruidvat offers a dag kaart (Day Ticket) of NS train in very low price. One more thing, whenever I buy something from this store, the employees can always speak Dutch effortlessly.
