★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann mit dem Auto fast bis ans Wasser fahren und sein Kajak zu Wasser lassen. ??Für Kinder gibt es einen abgetrennten Badebereich.
 You can almost drive to the water by car and let your kayak water. ??For children there is a separate bathing area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht. Midden in het hoogseizoen slecht gemaaid. Overal troep, ‘s morgens vroeg al overvolle prullenbakken en relikwieën van gisteravond. Geen sanitaire voorzieningen. Slecht hoor #gemeentethorn #wegwezen
Bad. Badly mowed in the middle of high season. Everywhere junk, early in the morning already overflowing trash cans and relics from last night. No sanitary facilities. Too bad #community horn #being out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooi strand! Tip: maak een mooie wandeling aan de overkant van dit 'strand'. Een handige wandelkaart is verkrijgbaar bij de VVV van Thorn. Loslopende koeien, paarden en bevers gecombineerd met prachtige flora en fauna maken dit gebied meer dan de moeite waard. Vergeet niet om geschikt schoeisel aan te trekken. Het rivierklei van de Maas is erg plakkerig?
Nice beach! Tip: take a nice walk across this 'beach'. A handy hiking map is available at the Thorn Tourist Office. Free-ranging cows, horses and beavers combined with beautiful flora and fauna make this area more than worthwhile. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear. The river clay of the Maas is very sticky
