★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom hier regelmatig voor mijn wenkbrauwen en ik ben altijd zeer tevreden over het resultaat. Personeel is vriendelijk, hebben veel verstand van zaken en de prijzen zijn relatief laag vergeleken met de andere zaken in Delft.
 I regularly come here for my eyebrows and I am always very satisfied with the result. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are relatively low compared to the other shops in Delft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really unhappy with this salon. I went there couple of times for hair brushing and temporary straightening. They burned my hair and they were really aggressive with my hair. They damaged my hair and now I have a lot of baby hairs on top of my hair because they pulled my hair really hard. Also, last week I went there for trimming my eyebrows. When they were finished and I look in the mirror they were completely asymmetric in a very ugly way, that I wanted to start crying instantly but I remained silent (they offered me a eyebrow pencil to fill in the part that are ruined :-(((). The personnel are very nice and friendly but I am really unhappy of the damages to my eyebrows and hair, I hope they will recover soon and I will never go to this salon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Service!!!! I was really shocked at their lack of professionalism and respect for the time of possible customers. As a Caribbean African woman, I have been to several salons in various countries and never have I experienced such utter lack of respect for another person's time. I called in advance and was told to come before 6pm and when I arrived at 5:20pm to do my eyebrows I was turned away. Further when I went again at 2pm another day, I was again turned away in a very distasteful manner. I would not recommend this place! Come better!
